Privacy
Personal data you provided to this website including your name, address, telephone, and email address, are intended solely to ensure the proper functioning of the website to complete orders and to supply our products efficiently to customers and or services. These personal details are kept strictly confidential.
Return
We understand that in some instances customers buy our products as a GIFT for another, and that the product may not fit or suit that individual. In these cases we do honour returns - to the same purchase price or we can issue a voucher valid for 6 months. Proof of purchase is required.
We DO NOT honour RETURNS when:
(a) Seven days have lapsed since the the product(s) was purchased.
(b) You change your mind.
(c) You have worn our product.
(d) The product is damaged or stained or cannot be resold.
Refund
We pride ourselves on providing our customers high quality products. And we expect that the product you have ordered will be delivered in premium condition as all products are vetted before dispatch.
Once you commit to purchase we assume that you have made the appropriate selection regarding size, pattern, cut and style. We do not entertain any exchange on an order that you have in the first instance selected.
In other words we do not refund if you simply change your mind.
REFUND CONDITIONS
Please read the relevant sections below as conditions apply. Refund or replacement is not possible if the item is obviously worn or damaged.
In very rare cases where our company has (a) by mistake, sent a different product than the one the customer ordered, or (b) if by chance, the product has incurred an obvious manufacturing error we will refund the item, or replace it, or use it as a credit towards another purchase.
In some instances customers buy a product as a gift for friends or loved ones. Be very conscious that we assume that you have carefully considered your purchase. While we do not refund you or accept return on that gift item, we can offer you a discount on your next purchase.
The right of refund is determined on case by case basis in which we carefully evaluate the circumstances that surround the product fault.
Return and re-shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for the rare cases where our company has, by mistake, sent a different product than the one ordered.

Secure Transactions
Payment by credit or debit card involves you the consumer being redirected to a secure payment page where your credit/debit card details will be entered. None of the information related to your credit or debit card are permanently recorded in our website database.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled and refunded only upon customer's request by email to us and strictly within 60 minutes of its submission.
Customers are encouraged to contact our company as soon as possible to rectify their order.

Delivery
Orders within Australia are shipped by our preferred local and trusted courier service - Australia Post.. A nominal fee of $25 shipping applies but if you spend $200 or more shipping is FREE in Australia.
Delivery time generally takes between 2-3 working days, pending Xmas, New Year and holiday peaks.
International shipments are air freighted at ‘express economy’ rates by our preferred local and trusted international courier (TOLL International). Delivery time generally takes between 5-10 working days and capped at $25 USD.
Tracking software will inform the customer of the shipment’s progress.
Prices
We ensure that our prices are significantly more affordable when compared to other leading brands on similar products. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of our specials and promotions as they arise.
Customised Products & Shipping
Custom made products require additional time to be completed which may vary from 5 - 10 business days, depending on product's type and our current workload. If you order one item be aware that the shipping cost will be $25. If the item comes at the time of ur normal shipping (usually fortnightly) no extra charge is applied.
Amendments to terms of use
ZILFE Swimwear reserves the right to amend, correct and/or improve, change, suspend or terminate any part of the website or its content including these terms and conditions of use, services and products available through it, including even your access in that at any time without notice.
Amendments to available payment/shipping methods
ZILFE Swimwear reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any of the available payment or shipping methods for a specific user or for all users at any time without notice.
Force majeure
If at any case of force majeure it is not possible for ZILFE Swimwear to ship the products within the specified time, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The company bears no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will do what is humanly possible to better serve its customers.

All content including texts, trademarks, illustrations, photos, graphics, files, designs, and arrangements on this website are protected by copyright and other protective laws, and we reserve all our rights.
Without our explicit written permission it is prohibited to integrate in whole, or in part, any of the protected contents published on these websites into other programs or other websites or to use them by any other means. This website can contain elements that are protected by rights of third parties and that are correspondingly protected for these third parties.
While we welcome collaborations, and external third party promotions, be very aware in appropriating any design, image or slogan from our website as this could lead to legal action.
